Shipping Restrictions

Returns Policy
At Vacuum Sealer Malaysia, we take pride in the quality of our products. Therefore, we have a strict return policy to ensure customer satisfaction and product integrity.
- Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged. Unused and unopened items are not eligible for return.
- Discounted Purchases: Items purchased at a discounted price are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of defects or damage.

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds: Refunds for defective or damaged items will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges: If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us to arrange the exchange process.
